Night at the huka

We went to the huka bar this weekend because Greg was feeling better. and i took some fun photos of us, we went with one of our good friends from high school Byron. Greg and Byron got a little drunk so some of their photos don't make sense, enjoy!!! oh yea and theres one of greg trying to eat his pizza but he is too drunk to get it out of the box!!!

Fun stuff....

Greg is feeling much better today so he went back to work and we had his work Christmas party. we also took some funny pics of Ellie, sissy bought her some new shoes, when she tries to walk in them it is so funny. And her favorite thing to do is take car rides so i took some pics of her in the car.

Not a fun weekend......

We have had a horrible weekend, on Thursday night Greg was having horrible stomach pain so i took him to the Ins ta care at 8:30 pm then at 11:00 pm they sent us to the ER thinking he needed his appendix out, we sat around at the ER for 6 hrs. to find out that sure enough his appendix was very swollen and needed to come out, this was at 3:45 am, at 6:00am on Friday morning he went into surgery, they put three holes in is stomach, his belly button, right below his rib cage and right above his pubic bone, he got out of surgery at 7:00am, he was in recovery for an hour and i finally got to see him at about 9:00 am. We spent the rest of the day getting Greg feeling better so he could go home, i got to take him home last night at about 7:00 pm because he was doing so well. all the meanwhile i haven't slept since Thursday morning so i was going on 24hrs of no sleep, and also having a break down when Greg was in surgery. all in all Greg is doing very well and at home being very bored. he cant go to work for a whole week. i don't think he will make it that long, he loves work and just being home for the first day he is going to pull his hair out. i took a pic of his swollen belly, you can only see the bandages, we cant take them off until tomorrow, i will take another pic when we take them off.

New home....

So we have finally moved in, we have been doing a shit load of painting and remodeling. I was able to put up the christmas tree and greg put up christmas lights. we are so happy and very tired at the same time!!! While we were painting one day ellie got into the paint and this is a pic of her with paint all over her face!!! I am so excited for the holidays, and i cant wait for emily and trent to come and visit us!!!!

Stressfull week.....

So we were supposed to close on our town home on Monday, but we got bad news that it appraised for 10,000.00 less then what we were buying it for, so we had to hope and pray that the seller would drop her price and sign a new contract for the new price, well of course she was not happy and only went half way, but luckily the underwriting company and the appraisal company agreed on the price she set, so fingers crossed we are supposed to close tonight, everybody pray for us because if this doesn't happen we have no were to live, we have to be out of are apartment in a week and there is no way we could find a new house and close within a week.

Gregs Birthday

We went to cheesecake factory for gregs 23rd birthday and went to the huka bar after we had a great night!!! Oh yea and he was so excited to get his favorite movie he watched when he was younger harry and the hendersons!!!

Halloween Weekend

We had a busy halloween weekend we went to 5 halloween parties, and this wed on halloween we have tickets to go see thriller, we are way excited for that, it is for gregs birthday he has always wanted to go. And also the cheescake factory is opening this thursday so we are going on friday for gregs 23rd birthday he is very excited!!!

Ellie just got her hair done and they put cute bows in her hair and a halloween bandanna, she is soooo cute!!!

New town home!!!

WE DID IT, we put an offer on a town home in taylorsville yesterday and we got the good news today that they accepted our offer!!! we are so excited to get out of our apartment and into something of OUR own. we have only been looking for two days. I am so excited to decorate and paint. we are going to update the kitchen with new countertops and tile floors but besides that it just needs cute paint. When i get pics i will post them, it has 2.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a full kitchen, dining area, big living room, and a laundry room.

Idaho Trip

We went to Idaho (island park) this weekend to celebrate my grandpa Retiring, we rented atvs, went horseback riding, and shopped in yellowstone we had a blast! We did get snowed on and yes it was freezing but we made the best out of it. (i am the one in the tan hoodie with my hood on, and of course greg is the tall one in the black sweater)

We went to Old Navy today and we bought ellie this darling jacket since it is getting cold outside, we couldnt stop laughing when she had it on!!!
